RETURNS

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the address, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, your return is free of charge. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not due to a defect, Willmany.com will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days for processing after we receive your return. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
