In which currency will I be billed?

All our transactions are processed in US dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate for your chosen currency, depending on the website you are visiting.

HOW CAN I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us through our Support Center.

Please note that we can assist you with changes to your order before it is shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You are also welcome to contact us for further information regarding your order.
